Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Processing Time
We begin processing your order immediately after it is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
Processing times are as follows:
- Standard Products: 7–10 business days
- Custom or Bulk Orders: 10–20 business days
- Peak Seasons / Holidays: Processing may be extended due to high order volume

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- A tracking number
- A tracking link
- Carrier information (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume or seasonal peaks
- Carrier delays or logistics disruptions
- Weather conditions or unforeseen events
If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
Additional Information
- We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.
- All orders include tracking.
- We do not provide installation or assembly services.
- Shipping fees are free and non-refundable once the order is shipped.
