2. Conditions for Returns
- Must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- All accessories, tags, and labels must be intact.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may be rejected.

Obtain RMA: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please indicate your preference when contacting our support team. Return fees apply as per the conditions outlined above. There are no additional handling or restocking fees for exchanges.
