To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

2. Return Shipping Fees & Responsibility
We categorize returns into two types to ensure fairness and transparency:

Note on Customer Remorse: For international returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to our warehouse in China. We do not charge any restocking fees.
3. Return Process

Get RMA: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions within 2 business days.

Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
