At AILampPlus, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories, manuals, and components must be returned.
• Proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) is required.

2. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund, including original shipping fees.
• Customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original product price will be refunded.

Please note that we do not charge any restocking fees.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us by email with your order number and reason for return.
• If your item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos.
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
• Return the item using a trackable shipping method.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before shipment.
• After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned after delivery to be eligible for a refund.
• Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–2 business days.
• Bank Processing: It may take an additional 7–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund process.
